In support of The Canterbury Gift

Ian Anderson and Friends play Christmas Jethro Tull
Saturday 18th December 7.30pm

Rock legend Ian Anderson and friends will be performing The Christmas Jethro Tull in the Nave of Canterbury Cathedral at 7.30 pm on Saturday December 18.  There’s never been anything quite like it in the Cathedral before! Thanks to generous sponsorship all proceeds will benefit The Canterbury Gift for the conservation of the Cathedral.  There will be wide publicity for this event in September but tickets are already selling quickly – so take advantage of this advance notice on our web pages. Call and book your seats now!

We are deeply grateful to all who managed to get to the Jethro Tull concert on Saturday evening and hope that they feel happy that they made it: it was a memorable concert. We are also very sorry that for many the journey was impossible. We were able to resell some tickets of those who let us know before 1pm on the day of the concert that they could not come and to make refunds, but regret that we could not resell any tickets, and therefore make refunds, after that time.
